Unable to access Zoho via outlook (windows)
As of today, for no reason, my zoho email via outlook is inaccessable, and simply continually pops up with enter your user name and password for the following server box.
I have removed the email account, and set it up again, still I am unable to access with the same error.
I am able to log on through Chrome and zoho direct, though this is cumbersome and I want to be able to utilise outlook.
My phone Zoho app is working, so not sure what Zoho has done now, but not surprised!
Soon to lose my business! So sick of Zoho issues!
