unable to add an email to zoho crm - error 'email already in use'
I am unable to add new email to zoho crm because I receive an error " email already in use'.
I am certain this is because I attempted to add to zoho crm then I had to add to zoho accounts in order to use the zoho email add on.
Does anyone know where and how to remove the email from zoho crm first.
The email I want to delete (so I can add to Zoho Accounts first) is still showing up in Setup-->Personal Settings -->Email Settings --> Send email as
Any help is appreciated as I will have to move to new crm or have to change our back office which is being penalized by a system error that support cannot fix.
