Unable to add users: "You do not have permissions to create this account in Zoho Mail. Reach us at support-as@zohocorp.com for further assistance."

Like many others in recent weeks, I'm receiving the error message in the subject line. Please enable the permissions setting that will allow the creation of users ASAP. This is not the kind of thing that inspires confidence in a product suite.
