Unable to assign Account to Email when adding one to zoho via the outlook plug in

I receive multiple emails from customers/day

would like to be able quickly add the email to its associated account within my outlook environment

I have the zoho plug in installed.

When adding an email, assigning it to an account is not an option.

I feel this is an important feature.

Am I missing something?
