Unable to change password

I just changed the password for all of my emails that are hosted on zoho, and while changing one of them, my password manager had a fluke and I lost the password after submitting the change.

Fortunately it wasn't on the admin account and I was able to login to the control panel. However when I try to change the lost password, nothing happens. I input the new password two times, then the admin pass and click ok, it just doesn't do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreceated as this particular email is very important to me.
