We are currently setting in the process of transferring from an MS Exchange hosted email server to Zoho mail as our mail host.

I am trying to add users under the Migration tab in Control Panel, however it advises that Zoho Mail is unable to connect to the server.

I have added a screen shot of our Server details, as well as the error when trying to add a user account.
