Unable to create mail aliases

I have been trying to create mail aliases moein_ar(at)supremecourt.gov.bd in my account moein.chowdhury(at)supremecourt.gov.bd. After several try I failed and getting the same msg "Unable to add aliase adresses"

How can I resolve this?
