Unable to delete a disabled user

Unable to delete a disabled user

Hello,

We have a user  with email id " amrita@mahaveercotton.com"   w hich we disabled in past, however when we wanted to delete or re-enable  it we get the error  Z101:Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later. . 

Also under User Details Section in Control panel   Her user id displays as   "un1500017526490r97id" instead of the email id.
 
We would like to delete this id. Please advice or do the needful.
