Unable to disable 'agent added comment' notifications

When in Zoho Desk, agents receive notifications in the top-right of the browser under the bell. These can be controlled in some ways, but there are notifications that come through constantly whenever another agent adds a comment to a ticket.
This is patently ridiculous. Essentially, you've baked in that every single agent needs to know whenever any other agent in the area adds any comment to any ticket. I don't know how small you think the teams are, but not being able to remove this notification is mind-boggling.
