Since yesterday customers are unable to download files that they have not uploaded even if the views are public/shared
I am a paid customer and your support phones do not work - that s crazy!
I have submitted tickets but no one answers - you are damaging my business
Same link, same views but in some cases customers can download files and in others, they cant.
What is happening? This was working til yesterday!!
