Unable to edit a shared document that was sent as editable
I have a zoho account, and set one up for my mother. I then created a document for her that would be editable for a group. I checked the box for the invited group members to be able to edit the document. However, when I click on the email that I recieved as a member of that group, I cannot edit the document -whether I am signed into zoho or not.
