Unable to import content if filename has Special chars

Unable to import content if filename has Special chars

Hi ,

i have some files with special characters like #.Unable to import content if filename has Special chars.It says unable to import content.I used UrlEncoder.encode() method.It does not evn work for files with regular chars.
How should be filename be passed in this case?Say Hello#o.html
