Unable to receive emails only but able to send to any email clients

HI ,

I am having a trouble receiving email from anyone i cant be able to recieve. When i get to know I tried sending an email through my gmail client I got this error" 

p3plibsmtp02-04.prod.phx3.secureserver.net rejected your message to the following email addresses:

 

sandeep.verma@innovesetech.com (sandeep.verma@innovesetech.com)



 

p3plibsmtp02-04.prod.phx3.secureserver.net gave this error:
