I have a Zoho One subscription and have a license for 5 users.  All 5 are currently assigned to a user.  I need to deactivate one of the users but when I go to the Zoho One admin panel and click on users, I can only see two out of the five users details.  When I click on the user I want to see all I get is the "Select a user to view details" as if I hadn't clicked on anything.  

I've tried using different browsers and that didnt work either.
