Unable to set outlook 2007 and unable to create email address from my domain

Recently bought a package, I tried to set outlook, but unable because they require password all the times. I have already enabled my POP,

Also I tried to create different users from my domain: www.nepalhikingteam.com but says I have created max user, through I have created only one account so far.

What to do now? I got lots of trouble and I might switch the plan if not got the solution.
