Unable to verify ownership of my domain mazio.it, by the method cname and html

could you help me to verify the ownership of my domain  mazio.it  i try by the cname method and do not validate

also perform all the steps of the html method:

HTML Method

Download the HTML file verifyforzoho.html. ...OKAY
Under the root of your webhost, create a zohoverify folder. ...... OKAY
Upload the above file (verifyforzoho.html) in the zohoverify folder. ..... OKAY
You can see a verification code in http://mazio.it/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html if you have uploaded the file in the correct path. ... OK TOO

but do not work i get: Verifcation failed due to host not found
