Unsubscribe link not opting leads out in Zoho CRM Leads section.

Hello all,
New "free" user trying out the software before purchase, and love it so far.

I am testing out the Opt-Out functionality by loading up an unsubscribe link on my website and then sending it at the bottom of my email as a page link. 

It all works great, but when the user enters their email address and clicks Unsubscribe, the fields clears, but when I log out and back into Zoho, the opt-out option is still unchecked.  Is this fixed in a paid version? 

Thoughts?
