We had to create, delete and recreate an account due to a spelling issue, now that all the misunderstanding about the spelling has been clear we can't create the again one last time and it's blocked the option with the following message:

Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time.

Please help, we need to create the account ASAP
