Upcoming Change: Snowflake Username/Password Authentication Deprecation – Action Required

Hello Users,

Snowflake has officially announced that username and password-based authentication will be deprecated by November 2025. You can find the official announcement [here].

If you're using a Snowflake connection in Zoho Analytics to import data, please take a moment to switch to either OAuth or Private Key authentication.  Refer to the Snowflake integration article to learn more.

Once you've switched, the username/password method will no longer be shown in the Zoho Analytics interface for that connection.

Notes
Important Notes:
  • New Snowflake connections will support only OAuth and Private Key authentication.
  • Existing connections using username/password must be updated before the deprecation deadline to avoid disruptions.
