I would like to update a field with ' symbol

Here is my request : <FL val="2ème ligne d'adresse"><![CDATA[${sdme_ligne_d_adresse}]]></FL>

Zoho response shows that the update is succesfully done but nothing is done in zoho

Can you tell me how to add a ' (apostrophe) symbol ?
