upload file

Hi

I've been testing the form creator and database for a job I'm working on. It's absolutely perfect for what I want.

However, for some reason I can't get the file upload to work. I created the form put the code in a web pages and entered some test data. The jpegs I uploaded via the form don't appear in the database nor to they appear in the email alert.

Please help I would really like to use your application.
