Uploaded images

I have a class that is creating Shows. I originated the Show, shared it with them, logged out and they are editing their shows. (I do this so I can see the history)
They are trying to import pictures from desktop (under the size limit, proper format) and it says "unable to import file".

Here is the weird part. When I try to insert a photo into ANY of my Zoho Shows I find their pictures in my Image Library.

Why are they unable to upload photos and have them show in the presentation?
