Urgent: Cannot add new user

Hello,

I'm trying to add a new user but I receive a message that the user has been successfully invited.

It adds it in the invitation list and even if I delete it from the invitation list I cannot add it.

Every time I try to add it an email invitation is sent to the email

The email is nkanopoulos (at) britesolar (dot) com
