This si a major problem for us as we use export extensively, including every single day to export invoice data out of Creator and into Xero. Importing client names which suddenly have extra control characters, has the effect of creating a new Xero account, which is obviously very hazardous.

I reported it in a live chat on 14th December and was told that it would be fixed immediately.I reported it again on 16th December and am yet to receive a reply.

I would really appreciate it if this can be fixed as a matter of extreme urgency, as it is severely affecting our invoicing and daily use of the system. Thank you.
