URGENT PROBLEM - Intermittent Email Sending

Hi,

We have had the facility to email out quotes from our application for the last year with no issues whatsoever.

Suddenly around 10 days ago, email sending has become completely sporadic.  Some emails send, others don't.  I've monitored behaviour over the last hour and only 5 of 16 emails sent, which is representative of what we have experienced.  As there is no pattern with regards to which quotes will and won't send at what times, I can only conclude that it must be a platform issue.

I submitted an urgent ticket immediately (on Sat 5th Oct) but have yet to get a useful response - despite me saying that it was an intermittent issue, they tested it only once which apparently went through.  I replied to their message and am still awaiting a response - but I don't hold much hope as last time it took NINE - yes NINE - days to receive a response from an URGENT ticket.

I can understand that a platform occasionally has issues but not having the channels in place to deal with them is completely unacceptable.  My business is reliant on Zoho Creator and in the last week alone we have probably lost thousands of pounds worth of business because of this problem - we send out too many quotes per day to be sitting there hitting "send" until each one has actually been sent.  I f I can't trust the platform to be stable and reliable, and have problems dealt with swiftly, I will have to move elsewhere and make my issues with Zoho widely known.

Could someone PLEASE look into this URGENTLY and get back to me with a response?
