URL field dependant on account

Hi all, I'm trying to do something with dependant fields but don't know if it is possible.

With another service desk solution I have used in the past, it was possible to have fields that auto-populated with information based on the account name. In this case, it would be a URL to a management system for the specific customer.

Is it possible to do this with Zoho Desk? Ideally I want a field in the 'key information' ticket view that has the name 'URL' and gives the link. From here, agents can click it and save lots of time searching through the CRM.

Would appreciate any pointers.
