Usage allowance

I understand that to access an application for FREE, I cannot have more than 2 users, and that the amount of data I can store is 400 Mb. Is that correct?

I would like to track the data usage, so I can know if/when I am getting close to the 400Mb limit. Can you please tell me how I can do this?
