use of comma as a decimal separator

Hello,

I wish to find a way to customize the number format for my proper use.

I have to use french data, where the "," is used as the decimal separator : for example the french way to write "3.99�" is "3,99�"

Is it possible to do it in Zoho Sheet ?

If this is not actually the case, I'd love this feature to be implemented !
