Use organizational groups. Automatically add users to contacts list
Dear Zoho Chat Team,
I'd like to ask again two questions:
1. Is it possible to see organizational groups in Zoho Chat Groups automatically? Nobody wants to create personal group and add there all the members to chat, for example, with all technician people.
Btw. when we use Jabber, we can do that. But in Zoho Chat web-interface it's not possible.
2. Another big misfeature - requirement to add each user to the new users's contact list. I mean when we've just added a new user to the Zoho, his conatacts list is empty.
He has to add EACH of tens of users to his contacts list, wait for the confirmations and only then he will be able to chat with them.
In corporate world the best practice is to automatically add predefined (by admin) groups and users to the contacts list, so the user will be able to chat with executives, technicians, support reps etc. immediately.
