Use Zoho CRM or Zoho One as an e-mail client

Use Zoho CRM or Zoho One as an e-mail client

Hello,
is there a way to use CRM or Zoho One as a sort of e-mail client?

I imagine this kind of workflow:
  1. the user login to his/her CRM or Zoho One account
  2. he/she can find and read all his/her email
  3. he/she can decide what to do. For example:
    1. reply to an email
    2. creating a ticket from an email
    3. creating a task from an email
    4. creating a deal, lead, etc. from an email
The goal is to centralize the entire workflow on a single platform.
