Used to receive email but no longer can

Used to receive email but no longer can

I am able to send email, but can't receive email.

I used to be able to receive email, but stopped receiving for some reason.

I reset MX records in AWS Route53 per instruction, but still doesn't work. 

10 mx.zoho.com
20 mx2.zoho.com

Please help.
