Is it possible to have custom made user filters ?

We would like to have a user filter that combines Accounts which are containing a same piece of text in the Account Name.
Example of some Account Names:

Warehouse 1

Warehouse X

Mini Warehouse West

Apple store New York

Store A 

B-Store

Store Machinery

... 

For our chart we would like to have a user filter with "Warehouse" but also "Store" (and even more...) so we can quickly swap in the same chart to different data of different pools of customers.

How is that possible please ?
