I'm trying to create a faster way for reps to log remedial tasks like Left Voicemail, No Answer, No Voicemail, Send Canned Email (without using the send email button, choosing template) etc.
Thought was to use a custom button at the top of a lead view that would, in 1 click, log a task, mark as completed, change lead status, and move to next record.
Has anyone see this type of integration done in Zoho? I've had it done in SFDC before to improve efficiency.
Appreciate the help/guidance.
