Using Record ID to autopopulate

Using Record ID to autopopulate

Is it possible to use Record ID from one app to autopopulate (certain) fields in another app? I'm using forms to set up a workflow, so as a form is submitted, an email with the appropriate info is generated to a second group.  That group picks and chooses which sets of data to take action on (3/10).  The info from the first form is needed, along with new info that the second group adds. Want to remove the need to retype (mistakes+extra effort) all data and use the record ID to pull data from first form.
