three actions should happen

1) the same email should be recieved by the admin

2)the sub admin should receive an email notification to his personal email (test@gmail,com) that he has an email in the system so he will know to log in

3) if either the admin or subadmin responded to the email it should be marked as read by both the dmin and subadmin
