Using ZOHO with Outlook - Events not showing all details
We are exploring ZOHO at the moment and are testing the CRM plug-in for outlook.
When we setup a new event in CRM using the Activities>New Event option we complete the following fields:
- Subject
- Venue
- Start & End Times
- Dropdown 1 = Account and select an Account Name
- Dropdown 2 = Opportunity and select a live opportunity
- Description
This is then saved and the ZOHO CRM plugin for Outlook is used to sync the Event with the local calendar. This succeeds, however only fields 1,2,3 & 6 are synced not 4 & 5.
This will require the user to type in the details either in Subject or Description fields which is cumbersome. Is there an option that I have missed or can this be configured?
