We would like to be able to not set a predefine time for the consultation.
We wont be using this for the customer it's going to be use internaly to keep track of workers on the road that have appoiment and installation. Something in the line of a FSM but since it's a startup and they dont need the full fledge feature of FSM we want to see if we can make this happen inside Booking.
The issue is that if you create a new consultation you need to set a predefine time.
In our case those could take from 1 hour to 8 hours. We dont want to have them book 8 booking when they need to do a 8 hour job.
Also the issue if they book multiple 1 hour slow to the same customer he would get multiple notification so I would have to turn those off and use maybe Zoho Flow to see if the customer as more than 1 meeting in the same day and use that to send the email.
If I want to use prefill URL in a custom button inside the CRM how can I assign it to a customer directly?
When you make the appoitment from Zoho Booking you have this option.
This is a nice feature as it adds the activity in my custom module.
So how with prefill can I achieve the samething?
Also would it be possible for the consultant that logs inside Zoho Booking to be able to have a link (click) and open the customer in the CRM.
I did a field with multiline and added the URL to the customer but sadly no way to make this clickable. Since the booking field doesnt support HTML.
Things are geting a bit complicated if any of you have an idea or way to achieve the variable time slot please share it.
