I have several different domains and today Monday 11th I am getting very strange behaviour.

On IMAP connected clients, not all new mail is being delivered, some new mail is delivered hours late.  Deleted messages are reappearing.

In the zoho webmail the unread counts are not updating properly leading me to think this is not just a mail client app issue.
