VBA to sync Outlook to Zoho automatically?

VBA to sync Outlook to Zoho automatically?

I'm looking to automate syncing of Outlook Tasks and Calendar so that they sync once per day, either when I open or close Outlook, or it could be done at a specific time per day.  Is there a macro I can run in Outlook to make this possible?
