Visual cue shuts me out!!

Hi - I've installed Zoho on my devices, but whenever I create a document the visual cue comes on. It loops and shuts me out.

This only happens in the mobile app.

I found a user guide saying to look in 'settings' for 'UI Preference'which, I can't find.
