VO 3.2 can't invite outside person into a scheduled event

VO 3.2 can't invite outside person into a scheduled event

I am evaluting VO 3.2 with latest Service Pack installed. I have amongst other issues, but more pressing issue is the fact I cannot invite a client into a scheduled meeting using the calander in VO 3.2... I can only invite local members of my organization but no one outside this group. If this is so then this would render the calander on VO non useful for my organization. Is there a possible fix or work around, please note I have already read your forums and have installed the latest service pack but I still do not see the issue fixed. Please Help!
