Voice Integration with 4G or VOIP Bridge

Hi there, we are in UK as a small company that uses zoho a lot but we don't have a PABX system.  Is there any way please we can integrate our telephone calls out into zoho, maybe via VOIP or 4G please?  It would be great if we can, look forward to hearing from you.
