We started our trying to use Campaigns, but Flow can't update tags inside Campaigns, so we've tried to switch to MarketingHub, only to find that there's no "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns, we can't setup our "New Customer" journey - as we need to wait at certain points for "up to 2 days" for a tag to update.

Am I missing something that does the same?
