Want to create a Dashboard for Response Rate and Converted Lead Rate

I want a visual dashboard that shows the percentage of contacts who responded to my mass e-mails and a conversion rate from being a contact to a lead. How can I do this? I apologize for the broadness of my question, but I am not familiar enough with the system.
