Warning! All your profiles are inactive.

Just upgraded from free to standard and now my users cannot access the app. It is shared and they are Admins. My project has come to a standstill.

I see this error dialog "Warning! All your profiles are inactive." and the users see "You are not allowed to access this application. Please click here to login as a different user." when they try to login.
