We couldn't fetch contact information for this Instagram user - Why not?

We couldn't fetch contact information for this Instagram user - Why not?

I just signed up for Zoho Social and it imported Instagram DMs but the sender's profiles are not clickable and I don't receive any information about them. I get this message:

We couldn't fetch contact information for this Instagram user.

It's for every Instagram message that was imported. Can you please advise? This makes Zoho Social not usable for me.
