We Need Help Developing a Tracking Application!

Hello Guys and Gals,

We are trying to develop a simple tracking application to use internally and externally.

Here is the scenerio:

We export cargo and small packages to other countries and would like to provide our customer with a simple method to track their package.

We have the personnel to input data into the application once the package has been sent. (tracking number, service type, weight, ship date, origin, destination, estimated delivery time)

We also would like the option to enter notes, like activity, location and details if necessary.

Then an email will be send from our Zoho CRM account that has the tracking number.

We would like for the customers to go to our website and enter their tracking number and the tracking information to be displayed.
