Web-to-Lead Workflow

I am using Gravity Forms web form plugin with google anaytics addition. I am using helpforwp plugin Forms to Zoho app for integration into zoho CRM.

Here is the problem I am having. I can get the form to create the leads properly. I have a workflow automation to setup a task for followup when a lead is created. When I manually setup a lead, the workflow works. When I use the Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM integration app, the lead sets up fine but there is no task for followup.
