Weekly Tips: Stay Focused with Email Snoozing!

Being back at work also means being back to the constant barrage of messages from work and clients. The constant flood of incoming emails can lead to the missing of important messages, especially when you can't respond right away but need to follow up later. So, one simple yet powerful resolution you might want to consider this year is to take control of your inbox and ensure you never miss an important message.

To manage important emails without getting distracted from your current tasks, you can use Zoho Mail's Email Snoozing feature.

Email Snoozing

With Zoho Mail's Email Snoozing feature, emails that you have already viewed can be replied to later by appearing as a new email. Any email can be snoozed for a specified amount of time. When you snooze an email, it leaves the folder it is in and is saved in the Snoozed folder, and then returns to the original folder after the predetermined amount of time (for instance, an hour, a week, etc.) as a new email.

How to Snooze Emails:

To Snooze emails, follow the steps mentioned below:
  1. login to Zoho Mail.
  2. Select the email you wish to snooze.
  3. Click the Snooze icon from the list of options displayed in the top menu. 

  4. Specify the Snooze values in the displayed window. You can choose from the preset options or pick a custom date and time.
Note:
  • If you select and snooze an email from a conversation thread, either the entire conversation thread will be snoozed or only the emails of that particular folder in the thread will be snoozed based on your Conversation view settings.
  • You can also Snooze multiple emails by selecting them all using the checkbox next to each email.
