      What is Zoho Learn?
   
   
   Zoho Learn is a comprehensive solution that caters to the knowledge and learning management needs of businesses. Our vision was to go beyond static documentation and create a dynamic platform that helps organizations to create, share, and act on knowledge effectively. We've built Zoho Learn to help you create, manage, and share organizational knowledge, curate training programs, evaluate the understanding of your learners, and measure their progress and engagement.

   Organizing resources in a structured hierarchy is essential to making knowledge accessible and manageable. Spaces in Zoho Learn help to create a common digital work area for the different teams in an organization. With spaces, users can come together and share resources that are specific to their needs and line of work. Manuals provide an intuitive structure that improves findability and ease of access. They come in handy when you want to organize information that belongs to a common topic. Knowledge in Learn exists in the form of articles. Related articles can be created inside a manual that can be grouped further into chapters.
   
   Share knowledge with peers 
   
   Build a culture of knowledge sharing to reuse existing expertise and avoid reinventing the wheel. Share and manage your knowledge securely with access restrictions. Assign admin, contributor, or reader access privileges to users depending on their needs. Use external sharing to share your manuals outside your organization securely.

   Create detailed learning programs, tutorials, and online courses to help employees enhance their skill set. Build simple and highly interactive courses with the drag and drop course builder. Include a variety of lesson types like text, image, audio, video, document, or a combination of each.

I want my customized columns to show up every single time I create a project from that template. - Email login error- Login successfully but email page error 
- Shared Mailboxes Disappeared- Zoho Mail users in our company haven't been able to see their Shared Mailboxes for the past few hours. I've checked with App and Web Access, but they can't access them. When I send emails to their addresses, I get no error messages. They're still visible

- Ability to add VAT to Retainer Invoices- Hello, I've had a telephone conversation a month ago with Dinesh on this topic and my request to allow for the addition of VAT on Retainer Invoices.  It's currently not possible to add VAT to Retainer Invoices and it was mutually agreed that there is absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be, especially as TAX LAW makes VAT mandatory on each invoice in Europe!   So basically, what i'm saying is that if you don't allow us to add VAT to Retainer Invoices, than the whole Retainer Invoices becomes
